The IFIC Foundation’s calendar of external international events is considered a “go-to” resource for health professionals, government officials, journalists, and academicians seeking conferences related to food safety, nutrition and health in their respective regions of the world, including the U.S. It is also one of the more frequently visited pages on FoodInsight.org.

This online calendar is carefully maintained on a monthly basis to include conferences such as annual meetings for scientific societies, academic lectures on food-related issues around the globe, and other events of timely interest to our readers.

In related news, IFIC and other Food Information Organizations (FIOs) around the world this week marked World Consumer Rights Day by stressing the importance of international collaboration to provide science-based information to consumers. Their full statement can be found here.
