This year at the BlogHer Food conference, Food Insight sponsored an event to introduce mindful eating and flavorful cooking to food bloggers.
For food blogger Rachee Fagg (@sayitrahshay), mindful eating is now a tool that is helping her change her relationship with food. Check out her blog posts on the event, where she elaborates on how mindful eating is helping her to celebrate “food as a way to fuel instead of categorizing it as good or bad.” She also gives us a recap of all the innovative ways to incorporate new flavors and simple ingredients into recipes.
