Alyssa Pike, RD

Manager, Nutrition Communications

Alyssa Pike is a Registered Dietitian (RD) who aims to improve the way people relate to and understand food. In her role as the Nutrition Communications Manager, she primarily translates nutrition science and research into digestible forms of media, develops consumer research projects and serves as a sound resource to media outlets.

Additionally, Alyssa has experience as an Eating Disorder RD where she has encouraged clients to be less judgmental of the foods they eat and to make peace with their body.

Alyssa graduated with a degree in Nutritional Science from Pennsylvania State University and completed her 1200-hour dietetic internship through the University of Maryland College Park with an emphasis in Nutrition Informatics.
